Forum 2015 has organized a roundtable for disclosing the study “Who Guards the Guardians?” produced by NGO EC Ma Ndryshe. This study analysed key elements that determine the accountability of civil society based on universal principles and practices which have been used as a ground to scrutinize the state of accountability of civil society in Kosova.
