Based on the needs and concerns emerged from the focus groups with run-down neighbourhoods, respectively ‘Arbana’ quarter, within the project “INCLUSIVECITY – Participatory Planning for Sustainable Urban Development in Prizren” andwith the initiative and continuous push by EC Ma Ndryshe towards KEDS, on 10 July 2013  began the implementation for checking, regulating and placing of new utility (electric) poles in ‘Arbana’ neighbourhood. This was accomplished as a result of the joint work of this project with the residents of ‘Arbana’ neighbourhood.
